1. General Provisions
1.1. This Policy applies to paid plans of the Service, including the Multi-15 and Multi-50 plans.
1.2. Payment for paid plans is processed through the Company's payment partner Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record. The sale contract for a paid plan is concluded between the User and Paddle.com Market Ltd under the Paddle Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms), and accordingly refunds are processed by Paddle in accordance with this Policy and the Paddle Refund Policy (paddle.com/legal/refund-policy).
1.3. Bank fees and payment processing fees withheld at the time of the transaction are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
1.4. Duplicate and erroneous charges are refunded in full by Paddle upon verification.
2. Free Check
2.1. The one-time website check without registration is provided free of charge, no payment is collected for it, and this Policy does not apply to it.
3. Grounds for a Refund
A refund for a paid plan is issued in the following cases.
3.1. Cancellation of a paid plan within 14 days of the transaction date, provided the User has not started using the paid plan during that period, that is, no check has been initiated under the paid plan. This is a voluntary refund ground offered in line with the Paddle Refund Policy and does not constitute a statutory right of withdrawal, which does not apply to the User pursuant to Section 9 of this Policy.
3.2. A technical failure of the Service that fully prevented the User from using the paid plan during the paid period, provided the User contacts the Company within 14 days of payment.
3.3. An erroneous charge, including a duplicate charge or a charge processed after the User cancelled the subscription prior to the renewal date.
3.4. Other cases required by applicable consumer protection law at the User's location, including Paddle's Buyer Terms.
3.5. If the User identifies a charge on its statement that it cannot recognize, before initiating a chargeback through its bank or payment system, the User should contact the Company or Paddle as provided in Section 5 of this Policy to clarify the circumstances of the charge. A chargeback disputed where the service was actually rendered and no ground for a refund under this Policy exists may be contested by Paddle with the issuing bank, with supporting documentation.
4. Cases Where No Refund Is Issued
4.1. Partial use of the paid plan's functionality during the paid period, including where at least one check has been initiated under the paid plan.
4.2. Dissatisfaction with the content of the Service's recommendations, provided the check results were actually delivered.
4.3. Expiry of the paid subscription period without prior cancellation of auto-renewal.
4.4. Downgrading to a lower-tier plan during a paid period. Such a downgrade does not entitle the User to a refund of the price difference for the remainder of the current period and takes effect from the following billing period.
4.5. Early discontinuation of use of the Service by the User on its own initiative during an already paid period. The amount paid for such a period is not refunded on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion, unless expressly provided otherwise in this Policy or required by applicable law.
5. How to Request a Refund
5.1. To request a refund, the User should contact Paddle support or the email address listed on anserra.io, providing the account email address and the payment number.
5.2. Requests are reviewed within 10 business days. The refund decision and the timing of the funds being credited are determined by Paddle in accordance with the payment method used.
5.3. A partial refund proportional to the unused portion of the paid period may be issued by Paddle only where a ground under Section 3 of this Policy is established and the service was partly rendered before that ground arose. In all other cases, no pro-rata refund is issued, as provided in clause 4.5 of this Policy.
6. Multi-15 and Multi-50 Plans
6.1. This Policy applies in full to the Multi-15 and Multi-50 plans. A User of such a plan is solely responsible for its own refund arrangements with its clients where the User provides its own clients with access to Service results for a fee; the Company is not a party to such arrangements.
6.2. Reducing the number of seats (users) used under the Multi-15 or Multi-50 plans during a paid period does not entitle the User to a refund for unused seats.
7. Cancelling a Subscription
7.1. The User may cancel auto-renewal at any time through account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, during which full access to the Service is retained.
7.2. For annual plans, cancelling auto-renewal after payment for the next annual period has been charged does not entitle the User to a refund for the period already paid, except as provided in Section 3 of this Policy.
8. Changes to this Policy
8.1. The Company may amend this Policy by publishing the current version on the Service website.
9. Submission of Requests
9.1. The User uses the Service in the course of its business or professional activity, and accordingly consumer protection legislation, including the right to withdraw from a contract during a cooling-off period, does not apply to this Policy, except where mandatory provisions of applicable law provide otherwise in respect of a particular User (Section 15 of the Terms of Service).
9.2. Requests under this Policy are submitted to the Company's email address. Receipt of a refund request is acknowledged within 3 business days.
