Scan your whole client list at once
An agency with 15 or 50 clients does not type domains one at a time. Paste the list or upload a CSV, and Anserra queues every domain, shows results as each one finishes, and gives you a table you can sort, filter and export. The bulk scan page is live now.

How it works
- Paste domains one per line, or upload a CSV: domain, business name, city, vertical. Only the domain is required; Anserra fills in the rest where it can.
- Preview: rows recognized, duplicates, invalid entries — before anything runs.
- Plan check: if the list is longer than your plan allows, trim it or move up a plan. Limits are enforced on the server.
- Queue with progress: done, running, failed. Results appear as each domain finishes, not when the whole batch is done.
- Summary table: domain, score, level, change since last run. Sort and filter.
- Export: summary CSV, one branded PDF per client, or a ZIP with everything.
- Email when the batch is done, so you do not sit and watch it.
Built for the failures that happen
- One failed domain never stops the batch; the error is recorded on its row and the rest continue.
- Retry only the failed rows, not the whole batch.
- Save the batch as a client list and re-run it weekly without uploading the file again.
- Duplicates are removed within the upload and against clients you already track.
- Domains are normalized: www, http/https, trailing slashes and deep links resolve to one domain.
- An estimated finish time is shown as soon as the batch is queued.

Questions about bulk scanning
Can I scan prospects, not just clients?
Yes. Many agencies scan a prospect list before outreach: a report showing that AI names a competitor instead of the prospect is a strong opener. The domains count toward your plan's business limit while they are tracked; remove them after the pitch if you do not sign the client.
What happens if my list is bigger than my plan?
The preview tells you before anything runs. You can trim the list, upload in parts, or move to the next plan. There is no silent overage.
Do I need an account to try it?
Open the bulk scan page and paste a few domains. Saved client lists, weekly re-runs and branded PDFs need an Agency plan.
