What Anserra is, and who is behind it

Why we build this
Tools that track brand mentions in AI answers already exist, and most of them are built for national brands with content teams. Local service businesses — a dental practice, a plumbing company, a law office — have a different problem. They are rarely named at all, they do not know why, and when they are named, the next step matters more: can the assistant's agent actually book them?
Anserra started from that second question. A business that is mentioned but cannot be booked by an agent loses the customer at the last step, silently. So the product tests the booking path with a real browser agent, alongside the mention tracking, and turns both into a plan a business owner or their agency can act on this week — with the technical files already written.
The agencies came next. They serve dozens of local businesses, they are being asked “why doesn't ChatGPT recommend us?” by every client, and they need the answer at a fixed cost per client with their own brand on the report. Bulk scanning and white-label reports exist for them.
How we work
- Every number comes with its confidence interval. AI answers vary; pretending otherwise would be selling noise.
- Answers are collected through providers' official APIs, not scraped.
- The agent never submits anything on a site it checks. It follows links and stops at the booking page.
- The Agent-Ready Local Services specification and its L0–L2 validator are free, so that the standard is worth more than the tool.
- Anserra is software. It measures, prioritizes and generates. Implementing changes is done by the business, its developer, or its agency.
Founder
Anserra is founded and run by Igor Dar, a clinical psychologist and founder who has built software products across several markets and runs a clinical practice of his own — which is where the focus on local service businesses, and on what happens when a patient's assistant cannot book, comes from.
