Refund policy

If Anserra Pro isn't useful, email support@anserra.io within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked. Renewal payments can be refunded within 7 days if no re-scan was consumed in the new period. Refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method.
